At this pioneering and enlightening event, you will hear an exciting lecture by polar explorer and glaciologist Professor Slawek Tulaczyk on what climate change means to our environmental destiny. Light refreshments, including wine from alumni-owned Quady North Vineyard in Jacksonville, OR, alumni-owned Broadley Vineyards in Monroe, OR, and beer provided through the generosity of Portland’s Widmer Brewery, will be served. To RSVP please call 1-800-933-SLUG or email URrecept@ucsc.edu.
